Thanks to all our customers who have left reviews for us on Trip Advisor - once again today we've been awarded a 2023 Travellers' Choice Award, putting us in the top 10% of attractions on the site worldwide.


The Travellers' Choice was previously called a Certificate of Excellence, and we have a a little collection of those...! Our first one was in 2016, and we've not missed a year yet.


Thanks to our dedicated team, who love sharing the wondrous Grotto with you.

IN MEMORY:
CHRIS PEARSON

We're incredibly saddened by the death of Chris Pearson, who has died at the age of 68. Chris served as an archivist for both the Shell Grotto and Margate Caves.
